• Subsurface requirements for the well is established to develop a Subsurface Statement of Requirements (“SS-SoR”).
• The preliminary well design works including feasibility, risk and requirements would be completed with options for well plan.
• Preliminary rig sizing and tangibles requirement completed for market survey and sourcing initiation.
• Level 3 cost estimate is completed.
